General English Program (Beginner to Advanced)

All of our teachers are passionate professionals who are highly skilled in teaching English. We know how to help our students improve and grow.

At Orange English, our students are our stars! We use student-centred approaches and teaching methods that foster creativity and collaboration. We acknowledge that students prefer different ways of learning and absorb information at different paces, and we aim to empower our students so they become active learners in their education.

We understand that studying in a foreign country can be intimidating and we’re always there to support our students on this incredible journey. We are friendly and approachable, and many of our staff members have been on this journey themselves, so our advice comes from both personal and professional experience.

Our teachers use modern teaching methods with the objective to lift the performance of all students, regardless of their starting points and level expectations. To suit the needs of individual students, teachers use a variety of strategies to help students become personally invested in, and take ownership of their learning.

We are located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Just 7 minutes away from both Flinders Street and Southern Cross stations, and 1 minute away from one of CBD’s free tram stops.

We are incredibly proud of the diversity of both our students’ and personnel’s backgrounds. Our students come from all over the world. It is normal to have students from multiple nationalities in each class. This encourages our students to use English to communicate, not only with their teachers, but also with their classmates. Having a diverse base of students also means that our students learn to appreciate other cultures.
